Kandie provides organisational review services, both operational and strategic in relation to the programs, workforce and governance of organisations. Activities include evaluation, research, stakeholder analysis, planning and development.
She helps with issues around organisational culture through trouble shooting, diagnosing morale issues, staff retention issues, team and organisational conflict issues, staff development, management and cultural change, high performing team workshops, coaching and professional supervision.
To improve services and service integration she can drill down to the policy and procedures development and can undertake quality audits that engage staff and bring them along.
Good governance is an essential element of successful business and service delivery. Kandie has been a significant contributor to human service development and to practice and education standards development throughout her career through her board appointments to statutory bodies, community organisations, national professional associations and state branches of professional associations. She has completed the AICD company directors' course and provides assistance to organisations wanting to improve or change their governance processes and structures.
She provides government relations support and training for service provider organizations' particularly in the areas of human service, health, mental health, women, domestic and sexual violence, poverty, inequality, ageing and rural & remote issues.
Kandie has a research masters and conducts research rural and remote community issues, sexual assault, trauma and recovery. Her passion is around collaborative research.
