Principal, Kandie Allen-Kelly is an experienced visionary leader in the human services, in health/mental health, of services for survivors of violence, women's services, higher education and rural practice.

Kandie is former CEO of the Australian Association of Social Workers (2007-2011) and Head of School of Social Work, Australian Catholic University (2002-2006).
She has established community services in far north Queensland and has both lead and reviewed health services in Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. She has considerable board experience in the not for profit sector and on government advisory boards.
Kandie has tertiary qualifications and extensive experience as a practitioner, manager, leader and consultant in the human services and health. Where she needs to supplement capacity or skills for a particular project, she engages highly experienced specialised professionals she can personally vouch for.
